Orders & delivery
How long will my order take?
Ready-to-wear pieces usually take 3–4 working days for delivery. Made-to-measure pieces can take up to two weeks, and up to four weeks during high seasons.
Do you deliver outside Qatar?
Yes. Qatar orders are delivered by local courier and international orders are sent through DHL.
Can I collect my order?
Collection is available from the WAAD office in Duhail, Qatar. Contact client care on +974 6661 1065 to arrange a suitable time.
How do returns work?
Contact WAAD or your courier within three days of receiving the order. Eligibility depends on the item and any personalisation requested.
